Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information:

We are happy to offer FREE USPS standard shipping for qualifying orders!

Our normal shipping policy is as follows:

We offer FREE Standard 3-7 Day USPS on most qualifying orders!

All other orders will be charged according to product weights. 

We ship to all 50 States, however, at this time we do not ship internationally.

*The Wandering Coast is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.

We require 2-3 business days for order processing. Orders are typically not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Return Policy:

We offer store credit for items returned within 14 days of receiving your package.

In order for an item to be eligible for a return, all tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original condition. Unfortunately, damaged, worn, or washed items cannot be returned.

*All items must be postmarked within 14 days of you receiving them to receive store credit. After 14 days of you receiving your items, all sales are final.

– Please note, you are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees cannot be refunded.

– Keep all original tags attached! Merchandise will have to be rejected without the tag properly attached and in its original condition!

– For exchanges, see below.

– If you believe you have received defective merchandise, please email us within 3 days of receiving your item. Please email and use Damaged Online Order as your subject.

– We usually work very quickly, but once your return package is received by The Wandering Coast, please allow 5 business days to process the order. When your order is processed, you will receive an email to notify you, and you will receive store credit to purchase something new!



Store Credit:

You will be issued store credit for any merchandise that is eligible for return. An online code will be emailed to the email address provided on the return form. Store credit never expires, and it can be used on any future in-store or online purchases!

If your order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not meet the return guidelines, your items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied to your card.




In some circumstances, we will be able to do an even exchange. If you received the wrong size, or if you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation! We only carry a select number of items, so the sooner you contact us, the more likely we can make an exchange happen. Please email us at within 3 DAYS to make an even exchange, and we can let you know if we have the item you are wanting. The above return policy applies to all orders, including items eligible for exchange.

– Please write on the packing slip what size or color of the item you would like instead. If it is available, we will send you the new size within 5 days of receiving your order. If not, you will be issued a store credit via email.

You may not return:

Swimwear, sunglasses, shoes, headbands, hair accessories, hats, and gift certificates.
